Submitting your photo for a "photodrop" order

If you're ordering one of our photodrop products, please note these special instructions: In general, larger photos print better than smaller ones. The photo you submit will be cropped and scaled to fit into the design you select. If we have any issues with the photo that you've submitted, you will be contacted directly using the information that you provided with your order.

If you specific questions about an order, please call us at: 866-745-3438 during regular business hours, or drop us a line at Info at Kick Prints. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If we're not around, it usually means we're on the phone with another customer, so just leave a message and someone will get back to you with your issue quickly. Our regular hours of operation are 9 to 5PM Pacific Time.

All orders are packed securely with thick cardboard boxes and packing paper. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in transit. Items damaged in transit must be filed with UPS. Kick Prints works directly with our retailers to file these claims.

Returns must be approved by Kick Prints before refunds or credits can be issued. If you feel you deserve a refund, please call or send an email and a representative will assist you. If a refund is approved, a call tag will be mailed to your customer. The tag must be affixed to the original box, and handed to a UPS driver. There is no charge to your customer for approved returns.

All Kick Prints products are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco. We do not dropship from any outside parties and we control every step along the manufacturing process. This makes it easy to work with us, and we can usually turn around special requests quickly.
