Submitting your photo for a "photodrop" order

If you're ordering one of our photodrop products, please note these special instructions:

• Step 1: Select a design and go through the checkout process just as if it's a regular order.
• Step 2: After you complete checkout, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Reply to this email with your photo attached to it.
• Step 3: When your photo is received, you will receive a second email from us letting you know that your photo has been received.

In general, larger photos print better than smaller ones. The photo you submit will be cropped and scaled to fit into the design you select. If we have any issues with the photo that you've submitted, you will be contacted directly using the information that you provided with your order.
