How do I set-up a WHOLESALE account?
To set-up an account, just register an account. Wholesale applications require a functioning website. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email. To become a wholesale account, please forward the confirmation email to with "for wholesale account" in the subject line. Our account team will review your forwarded email within one business day. Once approved as a wholesale account, you can take advantage of wholesale pricing.

How do I place an order for wedding favors?
Orders are processed by finding a product and ordering through this website. In order to take advantage of wholesale pricing, your account must have been approved as a wholesale account. After your order is placed, you will receive an order number. This number is to be used to inquire about any of your orders. When calling Kick Prints, please have this order number handy.

How long does it take for my customer to receive her order?
Our speed makes us easy to work with. Orders are processed in 3 business days (except golf balls, which require 4 business days). If an order is received prior to 12PM (noon) Pacific time, the day the order was received is considered the first business day of that order. Therefore, orders received Monday by noon will be shipped by Wednesday. Orders received after noon on Monday will be shipped by Thursday.

Wow! That's fast, but I need it even faster. What should I do?
For a $10 dollar surcharge, retailers can request
rush processing which will be shipped within 1 business day upon receipt of order. Rush processing guidelines follow the same cutoff time as standard orders. Just add rush processing as an item before the checkout process, and it will ship the same or next day.

Everything looks great on the web, but do you provide samples for my customers?
Product samples are also available for customers. Samples can be personalized and will be processed according to the same processing times as standard orders. Samples are subject to the same pricing as standard orders. Please send sample orders to
and make sure to reference the product code when ordering.

How are the orders shipped?
During checkout, you may choose to ship your order via UPS ground or US Postal Service. Kick Prints only commits to the processing times and not to the actual delivery times which are dictated by method you choose. We will process the orders per the processing times noted above, but we cannot control the delivery schedule.

Can I return items?
Due to the personalized nature of our product line, Kick Prints is not able to accept wedding favor returns for reasons we deem immaterial. Returns will be accepted, however, under the following circumstances:

  • Personalization data was printed incorrectly by Kick Prints. If there is ever inconsistency between the order data submitted and the end product delivered, Kick Prints will either refund the order or ship a repaired order under its own costs. Incorrect orders, however, must be sent back to Kick Prints for review.
  • Product quality is unusable. This includes stale mints, illegible labels, or defective tins.
  • If your customer submits the wrong information, Kick Prints can re-do and re-ship the order on your behalf, but there is a 50% restocking fee on our wedding & shower favor products for this service.
